“Property was not very clean. Halls needed cleaned, elevator was smelly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was great and the kids loved it. Beds were very uncomfortable.”

“The property is a step back in time and was fun. The biggest issue is the noise both from the street in front and the trains that run through the night in the back. The heating system is also extremely loud. Didn’t get much sleep.”

“I love it here! The staff was very helpful and communication/what to expect was very nice! The week before they called and accommodated late check in times and explained what to expect when you arrive. They are very accommodating and the room was nice. It felt like you were camping without having to worry about anything. Nothing around was open unfortunately due to it still being the winter season but it was still an amazing experience! I will be staying here again the next time I come up. ”

“We had planned on one night stay and then a massive snow storm hit the Snoqualmie pass. We decided to stay 3 nights and loved it. The hotel is a gorgeous building and the entire experience feels very old school. Very attentive staff. They did a wonderful job accommodating us staying longer and even made sure we didn’t have to swap rooms. Sure, the place might be haunted, but we saw no signs the ghosts were anything but friendly. ”

“Property is currently under significant construction and remodel which detracted from our overall experience. However, everyone was helpful and friendly, we felt safe and all of our basic needs were provided for. ”

“Staff was friendly and helpful the hotel itself is quite tired no pool no hot tub very basic. Room was renovated but done cheaply. ”

“Very noce with the pet. Staff very warm and welcoming. Room was not the best. The bathroom was not in best shape and there was a noise coming from the light when you turned on the bathroom light (like a fan noise). Floor needs some mop. Beds were very comfty. ”

“The staff was very kind and the room was okay. My only complaints were there was a very loud train nearby and the floors were really gross. We weren’t able to take our shoes off and when we did fresh out of the shower when we didn’t know, our feet were black. ”

“Room size was good. Convenient location to parking. The room was clean and comfortable but the chairs in the room were stained. Breakfast selection had something for everyone and was well stocked. Pool was closed and hot tub didn’t look very clean. ”
